AuthoredUp tells me my account is no longer connected, what do I do?

We have changed the way our profile connections work. You should now sign into the extension the same way you sign into the platform.

If you get this message, you might be running an old version of the extension. Update to the latest version using the steps outlined here: https://authoredup.com/help/how-to-update-authoredup

If you've already upgraded, there might be some other issue. Please contact customer support.
