Collaboration on a post

Users should be able to share a post-in-progress with others. This would allow friends, collaborators, or copy-writers to examine the draft post and offer feedback

One way this could work:

  • The extension user generates a link and shares it with the collaborator.
  • When the collaborator opens the link, they find themselves on authoredup.com website
  • They see the post preview of the post being written in the extension.
  • When a user updates the post, the preview on the website updates as well.

We could optionally allow collaborators to mark parts of the text and add comments, like in Google Docs.

This would be perfect in tandem with being able to save posts and schedule posts. It would make AhtoredIN valuable as a planning tool.

This is essential for Agencies to collaborate and bounce edits across team members. Inability to collaborate on a post beats the essence of the organizational account model. Let's get this in the works 🚀

Being able to leave posts written in the drafts of another team member would be awesome. They could then just review them and schedule them from within AuthoredUp.
